The Maximum retail price list (including taxes) supersedes all our previous price lists. Amount mentioned in this price list is in Indian Rupees. Price for the items that is not included in the list (non-standard item) but regularly ordered, will be charged either on square feet price method or based on the price of next higher size, whichever is lover. Price for the items that is not included in the list (non-standard items) and not regularly ordered, will be charged on square feet price method or based on the price of next higher size, whichever is higher. Price of the Items customized on customer demand i.e. of particular shape and size not regularly produced, will be charged on square feet rate plus 10% extra towards additional labor and over heads. Prices listed are subject to change without prior notice. The dealer shall confirm the price of the items before each purchase order. Price shall be charged as prevailing on the date of dispatch of goods. Changes in statutory levies shall be charged to buyers account. Delivery time for standard items shall be up to five days in normal circumstances, depending upon the area of delivery. The delivery time may differ in abnormal circumstances. Billing or shipping errors, disputed invoices etc should be brought to our attention with in three days. This price list is applicable for Kerala, Tamilnadu, Karnataka, and Andhra only
